about us
Thoughtful, evidence-based, person-centered care.
Meta-4 Counseling & Wellness was founded on the belief that effective therapy should be both scientifically grounded and deeply personal. Rather than focusing only on symptoms, we work collaboratively to understand your experiences, identify what's getting in the way, and help you create meaningful, lasting change.
Whether you're navigating a major life transition, coping with anxiety or depression, adjusting to changes in your health, or simply feeling that something isn't working anymore, therapy can provide a place to pause, gain perspective, and move forward.

Individualized
Your experiences, goals, strengths, and circumstances guide the work.
